Synopsis

A storm blocks Oscar and Hedgehog's one chance to see a Bupkiss comet.

Description

Oscar and Hedgehog head to Mortimer's place to borrow a telescope to see the Bupkiss comet. After they borrowed the telescope Mortimer sees some yetis doing gymnastics. Mortimer then goes and warns the other monsters. He explains to Oscar and Hedgehog that yetis doing gymnastics means that a storm is coming. Oscar then tells Hedgehog that they should climb a mountain to go above the storm.

On their way to the mountain, Oscar and Hedgehog encounter a ravine. They are about to cross a bridge but then a gnome blocks them saying its his bridge, and the only way for them to cross is by saying that he is pretty. They say that he is pretty, but the gnome refused to let them cross the bridge. Oscar and Hedgehog then crossed the ravine with the help of a yeti instead.

Mortimer arrives and give Oscar and Hedgehog a ride up the mountain but they all fell off into a storm cellar. Oscar then tries to talk to the storm, but the storm doesn't want to stop because he also wants to see the comet. Oscar and Hedgehog try to climb anyway, but are unable to go further. They then went inside Ramona's cabin and there Hedgehog talks about being unable to see the comet, but Oscar comforts her by pretending to be old.

The storm hears them and asks them to join him because he is lonely. Then Oscar and Hedgehog finally get to see the comet.

• Although this episode premiered on Cartoon Network on June 23, 2019, it was actually produced in 2018 according to the credits.
• The second half of ?season 1 was initially scheduled for airtime in late 2018, but was delayed until the following summer, so all of the episodes from the second half of the season were produced and meant to air in 2018 but aired in 2019 instead.
