Post-apocalyptic theory
In Oscar & Hedgehog's Melody, a bust of Debussy is seen on Hedgehog's piano, which leads to questions on the existence of humans in their universe. Is everyone using technology and infrastructure from humans long after they've went extinct? It would explain why Hedgehog's headphones in the opening don't fit where her ears are. Do humans coexist/used to coexist, with their technology dominant enough to affect the long history and culture of Summer Camp Island? Perhaps the bust of Debussy was just merch that Hedgehog liked, with humans being a fictional notion in their universe. The ?Belly short is still non canon though.
Animal Paradox
In Susie's Fantastical Scavenger Hunt, ?Lucy's cabin includes an elephant poster in her room, with Oscar there too. What's strange is that it depicts a regular African elephant. Where exactly is the line drawn when it comes to animals and people? In Puff Paint, Oliver goes into Oscar's painting of a puppy, when they're both dogs. It's even weirder when you consider that the people in this universe have pets. Oscar tried a cat costume in the beginning of Mop Forever that looks like a normal cat, not at all similiar to ?Susie.
Magic Chain
In ?Glow Worm, ?Dr. P. Shark presents a chart to Oscar showing the chain of magic. However, it's unknown what exactly are the wish fish and lil' angels on the chart. The magic they have end up propagating to the witches, ghosts, aliens and molar moles. It's possible that going further up the chain, finding these magical creatures become more difficult. The only known miracle rabbit after all is seen in ?Miracle Rabbit, and he lives on the moon and is incredibly eccentric. The elves are indigenous to ?the island as seen in ?A Barb is Born, so it's possible that the lil' angels are indigenous to a different region of the world.
Alice is a glow worm
Oscar has been magical all his life, being a glow worm that radiates positivity and giving the magic needed to all other magical creatures. What if ?Alice is a glow worm too? She wants to make everything cute to bring happiness in the world, like Oscar wants to make life happier for other people too. It may be the reason why she's the most powerful witch of the three.
Jabberwocks are the souls of lost campers
Not much is known about the Jabberwocks, except that they roam around in Frozen Time looking for disruptions that are displaced time. What if they are the souls of lost campers, lost in time and searching for displaced time as a way to remember who they are, inadvertently destroying everything around them?
Nature of Frozen Time
The realm of Frozen Time that ?Ramona, the Fuzzy Pink Time Babies and the Jabberwocks inhabit is always described as being when time stops, but what if that's a simplification? Maybe the laws that govern Frozen Time are just different, and happen to appear as if you were between the seconds of a clock.
Fuzzy Pink Time Babies are manifestations of Glow Worm magic
Glow Worms radiate a positive glow that brightens up the day of those around them, it's possible that Fuzzy Pink Time Babies pop up as a result of that and close friendship. Time Baby sneezes distract the Jabberwocks, because it might give a sense of closure that the Jabberwocks crave.
Oscar from Belly is traumatised and imagines Summer Camp Island
After everything he's been through, perhaps he imagines Summer Camp Island to escape.
Oscar and Hedgehog live in a dream
Every episode after Feeling Spacey is in a dream.
Magically inflicted immaturity on Oscar
Maybe Pajamas Party is the first episode in the second half of season 2 canonically. When Hedgehog enchanted Oscar and made him younger, then reverted him back, this more immature Oscar is the one seen for the rest of the show.
Susie's sad birthday speculation
Susie might be sad on her birthday because she doesn't have anyone close to her to remind her (maybe that's why ?Betsy and ?Alice get reminded sometime after Oscar and Hedgehog are preparing everything for her). It also reminds her that she can't go through her greatest day without Ramona.
Hedgehog's ancestors were responsible for every major historical event
Hedgehog's grandma was a Vietnam war veteran, all her other ancestors were in WW2, WW1, living through the Nazis and wars, development of guns, tanks, planes, all of history!
Analysis of the opening theme song based on finale
Magic is real here (Magic in a different form),
Far away from home (everywhere around the world),
Anything can happen (New magic exists now),
When witches make the rules (as an important part of society),
Monsters are cool (Monsters aren't scary anymore),
The moon is our friend (with everything being our friend),
I want to stay with you (as my best friend),
on Summer Camp Island (growing old with you).
Oscar and Hedgehog stop being friends
This one's sad, but it's possible in the many timelines. Hedgehog ends up being like her parents, with a big ego and always wanting to be on top no matter the means. Oscar and Hedgehog end up clashing to the point that their friendship is destroyed. Oscar gets mad that Hedgehog always underestimates him, and she pushes him away thinking that he's too immature. Despite Oscar's best efforts, Hedgehog doesn't change for the better. They both go their own ways, with HedgehOscar no more.
The parents have gone to the summer camp as kids
What if the reason they can't remember is because their memory was wiped? The children that are inclined towards magic stay, with the rest going home.
Cycloverse
Cyclo's universe is an alternate timeline.
Jabberwocks are peaceful
The Jabberwocks may be peaceful, they just appear to be dangerous. The only claim that they cause destruction is from Ramona, claiming that they'll turn the camp over just to search for displaced time in Fuzzy Pink Time Babies.
Elf biology
How do they age? Barb's daughters are babies, and a lot of the elves are very old.
Magic dependence
For magical immortality, the longer you use it, the more you depend on it. Eventually, you reach a point where stepping off of it entails certain death. By that point, your body's processes require magic.
Caboodle was Susie's old pony
In ?Wild Hearts Can't Be Caboodled, Caboodle goes crazy when she sees Susie specifically. Oscar and Hedgehog try in vain to control him, but when Susie came he immediately obeyed all of her orders.
Oscar goes Super Saiyan
Oscar doesn't know he's stronger than the witches, but he does with every episode. It's possible that he would only use his powers during the final episode. If someone snatches the magic out of Oscar, that person would get an insane magic power boost.
Susie's account of the Mildred story is inaccurate
The chaos that Mildred caused didn't happen, at least the way Susie told it. Susie and Ramona have bad memories with each other.
Susie attempts to disrupt Oscar and Hedgehog's friendship
There was a book on Susie's shelf, something to the effect of casting love potions on people without them knowing. Susie is envious of Oscar and Hedgehog's dynamic, as it resembles what her and Ramona had ages ago. Hedgehog's crush felt abrupt and manufactured. It's reasonable to suggest that Susie wanted to drive a wedge between the two campers by distracting one of them with a romantic interest. / Susie targets Oscar and Hedgehog and bother them a lot because their friendship reminds her of herself and Ramona from the past.
Magical transformation
The witches learn magic and use it on inanimate objects (like Alice does) and then they slowly transform into their own species like monsters and aliens.
Adventure Time and SCI take place in the same universe
Maybe the Mushroom War lead to the world of Summer Camp Island being shaped.
Human vs Animal war
Humans and anthropomorphic animals fight each other for dominance and lead to nuclear warfare erasing every living species.
Undertale and SCI take place in the same universe
Most of the monsters and magic were stored underground while the rest were put on an island. What if Susie is Susie from Deltarune? Humans shouldn't know about us using magic.
Global animal virus
A virus turns the animals anthropomorphic in 4 stages, the humans hide underground or go extinct.
Stage 1: The animals still walk with four feet but can talk
Stage 2: They can walk upright and do what humans can do
Stage 3: (Mammals) They lose their tail and grow fingers and toes
Stage 4: Failed because this virus does it too early
Sovereign Camp Island
In human years, it's 7645 A.D. but in the Summer Camp Island universe it's 1999. The island might have been an independent country in the past.
Hedgehog becomes too busy as a witch
The witch hat Hedgehog has on during the Midnight Quittance does not necessarily mean she has become a witch: Rather, it's a gift from Betsy/Susie after the events of the show. After all, she would not have the time to see Oscar on any given day with her counselor job. Maybe that could become a conflict later on? Oscar becoming scared because if Hedgehog becomes a witch, then it would mean he would never see her again?
Susie won't let Oscar leave
If Oscar's the reason Hedgehog has magic and magic is a secret(there's the established motif of Oscar being threatened with captivity/kept from what he knows vs Hedgehog being threatened with separation/having to push to get what she wants).
Susie stuck in the past
Her friendship with Ramona is becoming tense because Ramona is getting older, while Susie stays young while she has her magic. Susie doesn't want to hang out with Ramona anymore because it makes her think about how Ramona doesn't have a lot of time left until she dies. Susie is sad about this. She feels alone and stressed because of her job as well, and regards her fellow witches(Alice, Betsy) as colleagues rather than real "friends". This is mostly implied in Susie's staycation in Susie Appreciation Day, where she also gets offended when Hedgehog and Oscar call each other "BFFs" while Susie appears to be sad, she then tells them to leave because BFF stuff is "gross".
She's really just insecure, lonely, and stressed. She may be the embodiment of what adulthood can feel like at times.
Pepper is Sans
Not only is his fur white(just like a skeleton), he has a skeleton. Thus, it's possible that Pepper is indeed Sans from Undertale.
Susie impersonated Oscar
The Oscar in Monster Babies was the real Oscar. Ever since It's My Party, Susie has been impersonating Oscar.
Susie's mum abandoned her on the island
Susie's mum abandoned her on the island, and is why she hates being called "mum", which is ironic since she calls the campers babies. When she says "Every mother lies" to Pepper in Oscar & Hedgehog's Melody, she really means it.
Summer Camp Time Trap
The island could be a time trap and anyone who enters the island and stays for a week is succumb to staying there forever.
Hedgehog's real name
Hedgehog might have been named after her mum and then ?Jim and her got divorced. Jim made Hedgehog change her name because he didn't want to be reminded of her anymore.
Ghost the Boy was alive
What if Ghost the Boy was a living person before he became a ghost? Betsy turned into a werewolf for the first time and lost control, accidentally killing Ghost the Boy.
Oscar doesn't need to exercise
In Popular Banana Split, Oscar is able to carry Hedgehog and Max on his shoulders while jogging.
Susie brainwashed Ghost the Boy
Susie wiped out Ghost the Boy's memories, and he just isn't himself anymore. He can't touch the tennis racket but can touch any other object in Ghost The Boy.
Reruns
After the show is totally rerun, the new episodes are next to air(message from 08/04/2019). The new episodes will arrive in late April(message from 26/03/2019).
Almost accurate finale prediction
The next batch of adventures start, more fun adventure and comfy feels. Then, a couple of the episodes center around the campers dealing with a big storm that goes over and stays on the island. Things seem normal until the campers realise the storm isn't dissipating away. The campers blame the witches for the storm ruining their summer fun. It isn't until the end of the season that it is revealed, once the storm finally passes, that the events in ?Julia Pott's short ?The Event are canon. The campers stop blaming everything on the witches while the witches share in the camper's disbelief.
Oscar and Hedgehog look at each other with concerned looks on their faces. The theme song plays as the camera pans out(message from 26/10/2018).
Dark Time Travelling Quicksand
Every time you use the quicksand, you technically die and reform in a different timeline, leaving you dead in the timeline you left for others to mourn.
Peter Pan Trope
The magic only exists because the campers are kids, once they become adults they will no longer see it(message from 27/11/2018).
Betsy trains replacement witch
Betsy is training Hedgehog to be her replacement.
